We are seeking a highly accomplished
Senior Project Manager
with extensive experience in delivering large-scale offshore civil construction projects within the Oil & Gas sector.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and delivery of ADNOC projects while ensuring full compliance with contractual, technical, quality, and HSE requirements.
Mandatory Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering (B.E. And B.Tech Civil Engineering) – Mandatory
- 15–20 years of progressive experience in Offshore Oil & Gas Construction Projects
- Minimum 10 years in a Project Management leadership role on major EPC/EPCM projects
- Proven ADNOC Offshore project experience is mandatory
- Strong background in marine works, offshore civil infrastructure, structural construction, fabrication yards, jetty construction, foundations, and heavy industrial projects
- Demonstrated experience managing project budgets exceeding AED 100 Million
- PMP Certification preferred
- GCC/UAE experience is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the complete project lifecycle from engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure project execution aligns with ADNOC specifications, international standards, and contractual obligations.
- Direct multidisciplinary project teams, contractors, consultants, and subcontractors.
- Drive project schedules, cost control, resource planning, risk management, and performance monitoring.
- Maintain the highest standards of HSE compliance and operational excellence.
- Manage stakeholder engagement with clients, consultants, government authorities, and senior management.
- Provide executive-level reporting on project progress, commercial performance, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality, safety, and budget objectives.
