- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, statutory requirements, and internal policies
- Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to support operational efficiency
- Drive cost optimization initiatives and profitability improvement strategies
- Provide financial analysis and recommendations to support business growth and decision making
- Manage and mentor the finance team to ensure high performance and accountability
- Coordinate with auditors, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as required
- Deliver accurate management reports and financial insights to senior leadership
Requirements
- CMA or CIP qualification preferred
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including experience in a Finance Manager role
- Mandatory experience within the FMCG sector
- UAE work experience is essential
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management
- Hands on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Focus ERP will be an advantage
- Excellent analytical, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills

Qualifications & Experience
- CMA or CIP qualification is preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive experience in finance, including experience in a Finance Manager role.
- Mandatory experience within the FMCG sector.
- UAE work experience is essential.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
- Hands on experience with ERP systems; knowledge of Focus ERP will be an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, problem solving, and communication skills.
