- Lead financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Partner with commercial and operational teams to drive business performance and profitability
- Prepare financial reports, KPIs, and management dashboards
- Analyze revenue, costs, pricing strategies, and business opportunities
- Ensure compliance with financial policies, controls, and regulatory requirements
- Support month end and year end closing activities
- Identify cost optimization opportunities and improve financial processes
- Provide strategic financial insights to senior management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in commercial finance
- Mandatory Gulf (GCC/UAE) experience
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, CMA, or CIMA are an advantage
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred

Job Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Commercial Finance Manager to join our team in the UAE.
