About the Role
Worley seeks an experienced Project Manager for offshore oil & gas projects in Abu Dhabi. You will lead PMC services, ensuring safe, on-time, on-budget delivery while managing contractor interfaces and project risks.

- Ensure HSSEQ goals, objectives, and targets are met through personal leadership and involvement.
- Safe delivery and handover of the Project to the Owner, sustainably and safely, on time, within budget.
- Responsible for all management aspects of the PMC group and associated contracts.
- Ensure PMC personnel are competent to perform their duties.
- Provide leadership in development and implementation of processes, procedures, and systems.
- Ensure the Project is adequately resourced with correct disciplines and size.
- Provide independent Project Management Consultancy services.
- Champion the Project safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
- Identify, evaluate, and resolve Project Management issues during early work and EPC/FEED phases.
- Act on behalf of the Owner on all matters with respect to the EPC/FEED Contractor.
- Attend project kick off meetings and regular meetings at contractor offices.
- Review planning and monitor execution of the work.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Minimum 20+ years of oil & gas experience
- 5 years GCC experience
- At least 5+ years in a similar position in a Mega Oil & Gas Project
- Experience in FEED & EPC
- Experience in PMC roles
- Experience in offshore projects
- ADNOC experience is preferable

Job Purpose & Scope

Principal Accountabilities
- Champion the Project safety culture, behaviors, and engagement activities.
- Identifying, evaluating, and resolving Project Management issues during early work and EPC/FEED phases.
- Act on behalf of the Owner on all matters with respect to the EPC/FEED Contractor.
- Record decisions and instructions from the Owner in Project notes.
- Attend project kick off meetings and regular meetings at contractor offices.
- Assist Owner in obtaining statutory approvals.
- Ensure project quality procedures are established and implemented.
- Review planning and monitor execution of the work.
- Primary point of contact for all activities.
- Deliver expected value to the Owner.
- Review execution plan and ensure common understanding of scope, cost, schedule.
- Ensure common understanding of contract requirements and timely administration.
Qualifications And Experience
- 4 yrs bachelor’s/engineering degree.
- Minimum overall 20+ years of oil & gas experience.
- 5 yrs GCC experience.
- Must have at least 5+ years of experience in a similar position in a Mega Oil & Gas Project.
- Experience within FEED & EPC.
- Experience in PMC roles.
- Experience in offshore projects is required.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
- ADNOC experience is preferable.
