Role overview
The Project Manager, Mechanical will lead mechanical scopes across the Oakridge Park development.
The position is based at the project site office and reports to the Senior Project Manager, Mechanical.
The role covers commercial, retail, tenant, office, residential, public realm, and parkade scopes.
Responsibilities
- Lead mechanical design, procurement, construction, testing, commissioning, warranty management, and turnover.
- Oversee HVAC, plumbing, fire protection, controls, QA/QC, deficiency management, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate contractors, consultants, vendors, manufacturers, tenants, leasing teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage contracts, change orders, cost tracking, billings, procurement, risks, and value engineering.
- Support phased handovers, tenant interfaces, and pre-construction activities for future phases.
