Project Manager – Client Representative

• to oversee premium luxury real estate developments and protect the client’s interests throughout the full project lifecycle.

• The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring delivery excellence across cost, time, quality, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the
• primary client representative
• throughout the project lifecycle
• Lead coordination between
• consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders
• Oversee construction execution to ensure
• quality, safety, and compliance standards
• Review and approve
• engineering submissions, shop drawings, and material submittals
• Monitor
• project progress, risks, and timelines
• , ensuring on-time delivery
• Manage
• variations, claims, and contractual matters
• in line with project objectives
• Conduct
• regular site inspections
• and enforce quality benchmarks aligned with luxury standards

Position Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or equivalent
• 12–18 years of total experience in the construction/real estate sector
• Strong experience in luxury villas, premium residential towers, luxury hotels or upscale mixed-use developments
• Deep understanding of contracts, variations, claims, and commercial controls
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• UAE experience is mandatory

Preferred

• PMP certification
• Experience working with leading UAE developers
• Strong contractual knowledge (FIDIC exposure preferred)
