Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate, construction, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters
- Ensure compliance with UAE federal laws, local regulations, and industry specific requirements
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise a wide range of legal documents including construction contracts, FIDIC contracts, SPAs, leases, and corporate documents
- Manage legal disputes, claims, arbitration proceedings, and litigation matters
- Support company incorporation, restructuring, licensing, governance, and corporate compliance matters
- Maintain accurate legal records, contract databases, and filing systems
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised university
- Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE
- Strong experience in real estate development, construction, and corporate legal matters
- Extensive knowledge of UAE Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, and Civil Law
- Experience in handling FIDIC based contracts and construction claims
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred

Job Summary
- We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Legal Advisor to provide comprehensive legal support and guidance for our real estate development, construction, and corporate operations.
- The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of UAE laws, real estate regulations, construction contracts, and corporate legal matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice and guidance on real estate, construction, corporate, commercial, and regulatory matters.
- Ensure compliance with UAE federal laws, local regulations, and industry specific requirements.
- Monitor changes in legislation and advise management on legal implications affecting the business.
- Manage legal risk assessments and recommend practical solutions to mitigate exposure.
- Draft, review, negotiate, and finalise a wide range of legal documents, including Construction Contracts, FIDIC Contracts, Consultancy Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Sale and Purchase Agreements, Lease Agreements, MOUs, MOAs, AOAs, Service Agreements and Commercial Contracts.
- Ensure all contracts adequately protect the company's legal and commercial interests.
- Monitor contract obligations, expiration dates, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Provide legal support for real estate acquisitions, developments, sales, leasing, and property management activities.
- Review project related agreements and construction documentation.
- Advise on contractual disputes, delay claims, variations, extensions of time, and project related legal issues.
- Coordinate with project teams, consultants, contractors, and external legal counsel when required.
- Manage legal disputes, claims, arbitration proceedings, and litigation matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Law (LLB/LLM) from a recognised university.
- Minimum 8–12 years of legal experience, preferably within the UAE.
- Strong experience in real estate development, construction, and corporate legal matters.
- Extensive knowledge of UAE Real Estate Law, Construction Law, Commercial Law, Labour Law, and Civil Law.
- Experience in handling FIDIC based contracts and construction claims.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is highly preferred.
- Strong contract drafting, negotiation, and legal advisory skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines effectively.
- UAE legal practice qualification or equivalent professional certification is an advantage.
