- Facilitate clear communication with clients and manage internal stakeholder relationships.
- Identify the appropriate general contractors (GCs) for project execution from a pool of options.
- Define the scope of work and negotiate costs after evaluating multiple quotations.
- Set project objectives and oversee the entire project lifecycle, tracking progress and assignments.
- Coordinate with the general contractor to ensure timely availability of materials, tools, hardware, and components required for project tasks.
- Collaborate with the logistics department to monitor and manage furniture and material deliveries from India Production to US project sites.
- Engage with vendors, address their concerns, and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
- Ensure accurate and consistent documentation for both management and client reporting.
- Provide guidance and instructions to workers on daily tasks.
- Conduct regular meetings with clients, team leads, and design teams to maintain strong client relationships.
- Lead weekly and daily scrums at project sites with clients and general contractors.
- Handle escalations in line with the established escalation matrix
- A candidate with the right mindset and willingness to learn, enabling them to quickly grasp concepts and become an effective problem solver and executor.’
- This role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a proactive approach to project management, ensuring that all tasks are executed on time and within budget.
