- Manage interior fit out projects from project award to final handover.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and execution strategies.
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure works are executed in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project timelines.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions to maintain schedule and budget.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and company procedures.
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and other technical documentation.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the highest standard of workmanship.
- Prepare progress reports and attend project meetings.
