Role Overview
Project Manager supporting strategic projects across the organization, with particular involvement in people, organizational, and HR-related initiatives.
The position works directly with the Chief People Officer and uses AI, automation, data, and digital productivity solutions to improve execution and decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and deliver strategic projects across functions and business areas.
- Support HR initiatives including workforce planning, recruitment, organizational development, performance management, employee experience, and HR transformation.
- Translate leadership priorities into plans, timelines, milestones, ownership, and deliverables.
- Track actions, dependencies, risks, deadlines, commitments, and bottlenecks across multiple projects.
- Coordinate with senior stakeholders across HR, Technology, Operations, Finance, Marketing, Legal, and Compliance.
- Prepare updates, dashboards, executive summaries, presentations, meeting packs, and decision-support materials.
- Use AI and automation tools for research, reporting, documentation, project tracking, meeting summaries, and workflow management.
- Identify automation and process improvement opportunities across HR and wider organizational workflows.
- Conduct research, benchmarking, and analysis for strategic and people-related decisions.
- Support HR KPIs, workforce metrics, project milestones, and management dashboards.
