Role Overview
The employer is hiring two Project Managers for UAE fit-out projects.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month.
Workplace
- The work location is in person in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum seven years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
- Strong experience in commercial, residential, retail, or hospitality fit-out projects.
- Dubai Municipality G+1 or G+2 certification is mandatory.
- Trakhees certification is mandatory.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, execution, budgeting, and site management.
- Ability to manage project teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.
- Good knowledge of UAE construction standards, authority requirements, and HSE regulations.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee fit-out projects from mobilization to completion and handover.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, manpower, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
- Monitor site progress and resolve technical and operational issues.
- Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, Trakhees, HSE, and other relevant authority requirements.
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and project documentation.
- Conduct regular site meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Control project costs, variations, material requirements, and subcontractor performance.
- Ensure proper project documentation, testing, snagging, and final handover.
