Position Overview
The company is hiring an experienced Estimator – Fit-Out for commercial, residential, hospitality, and other fit-out projects.
Two vacancies are available, with the role located in the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations for fit-out projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and tender documents, and perform quantity take-offs.
- Prepare material and labor cost estimates and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Prepare competitive tender submissions and commercial proposals.
- Coordinate with design, procurement, projects, and technical teams.
- Analyze project costs, variations, and potential risks.
- Ensure estimates are accurate, competitive, and submitted within deadlines.
- Maintain records of estimates, quotations, and project costs.
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of UAE experience as an Estimator in fit-out projects.
- Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, construction methods, and market rates.
- Excellent understanding of BOQ preparation, quantity take-off, and costing.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant estimation software.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
Work Location
- Work location is in person in the UAE.
