IT Support Engineer position with two vacancies.
The role provides internal technical support across hardware, software, networks, user accounts, and IT assets.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 or more years of UAE experience in IT support or IT administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, email systems, printers, and IT peripherals.
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills and the ability to work independently.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Support employees with hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain office networks, Wi-Fi, LAN, and basic network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and IT assets.
- Perform updates, backups, antivirus checks, and security maintenance.
- Keep records of equipment, software licenses, and support activities.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and maintain compliance with company security policies.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work location is in person.
