Role Overview
The employer is hiring an HSE Officer to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across UAE construction and fit-out project sites.
The role is based in the UAE and is offered as full-time, in-person work.
Compensation
- Salary is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and safety standards at project sites.
- Conduct site inspections, identify hazards and risks, and ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations.
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and safety awareness sessions.
- Prepare HSE reports, inspection records, risk assessments, and incident reports.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses and recommend corrective actions.
- Monitor PPE compliance and safe working practices among site personnel.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to resolve safety issues.
- Implement emergency procedures and safety plans and maintain accurate HSE records.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of UAE experience as an HSE Officer in construction or fit-out projects.
- Relevant HSE or safety qualification or certification.
- Good knowledge of UAE safety regulations and construction site practices.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- A valid UAE driving license is required.
- Immediate joining is preferred.
