About the Opportunity
The Project Manager, Engineering manages Product Supply Systems Canada facilities and capital equipment projects across the country.
The role coordinates and executes engineering projects that enhance manufacturing capabilities, optimize processes, and improve production efficiency.
The position reports to the Senior Manager, Engineering.
The work location is the Toronto Weston Plant, and the role is on-site.
Compensation
- The full base salary range is $108,000 to $120,000 annually.
- Starting base salary varies based on market location, job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Manage concurrent multi-year projects involving manufacturing facilities and field operations facilities.
- Execute project plans while meeting project scope, timing, and budget goals.
- Provide expertise in equipment, machinery operation, water treatment operations, and syrup production.
- Create equipment specifications and communicate them to manufacturers.
- Manage the approved supplier-list inclusion process.
