The company operates across every province through more than 50 sales and distribution centres and five manufacturing facilities.
Role Details
- Work location is Brampton.
- The schedule is an overnight shift from Monday through Friday, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
- The full annual base salary range is $54,000 to $60,000.
About This Opportunity
Reporting to the Production Manager, the Distribution Center Administrator assists department managers with daily tasks that support smooth operations.
Responsibilities
- Assist with employee records, including payroll, absenteeism, holidays, and workers’ compensation records.
- Prepare unionized employee schedules according to the collective bargaining agreement and plant needs.
- Manage new employee onboarding and prepare employee records and arrivals.
- Manage factory visitor access, follow safety protocols, and allocate plant access rights.
- Support plant meetings by booking rooms and organizing catering.
- Receive and deliver mail.
