About This Opportunity
The Equipment Planner reports to the Supervisor, Equipment Services Operations.
The role reviews work orders before scheduling and dispatching calls for Cooler Movers, Fountain Installers, and Field Technicians.
The role maintains customer data, monitors volume, and executes plans for local and North America Operating Unit customers.
The planner collaborates with department managers, field service supervisors, account coordinators, sales teams, and customers.
Role Details
- The work location may be any Coke Canada facility, preferably in the Central or East region.
- The schedule is Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- The posting describes a hybrid environment.
Responsibilities
- Oversee planned equipment service-call dispatching and monitor the Dispatch Grid.
- Maximize delivery efficiency and driver safety through proper load distribution.
- Select outlets for service using scheduling guidelines and local considerations.
- Process and schedule customer service tickets within designated milestones.
