About This Opportunity
The Maintenance Planner plans maintenance activities for production, facilities, equipment, and buildings at a Coke Canada production facility.
The role assigns work orders, manages the preventative maintenance program, identifies recurring issues, and coordinates with departments under the Maintenance Manager.
Work location is Toronto, with a Monday-to-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Compensation
- The full base salary range is $70,650 to $85,000 annually.
- Starting base salary depends on market location, job-related knowledge, role complexity, skills, experience, and internal equity.
Responsibilities
- Review work requests, order parts, assign work orders, prepare weekly schedules, and facilitate planning meetings.
- Manage preventative maintenance workload, effectiveness, strategy, and frequencies.
- Compile compliance schedules and identify recurring maintenance issues.
- Maintain records in accordance with the Records Program.
- Use SAP to assign, complete, and close preventative maintenance tasks and work orders.
- Comply with Quality, Food Safety, GMP, and HACCP requirements and programs.
