About the Role
Radisson Hotel Group is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to provide technical support for developments in the Middle East and Africa. The role involves ensuring compliance with engineering technical brand standards, monitoring MEP systems, and coordinating with developers and contractors.

Responsibilities
- Maximize compliance to the Engineering Technical Brand Standards to ensure hotel meets market and guest expectations
- Monitor, advise & coordinate the correct implementation of Engineering Technical Design Guidelines
- Monitor and report project related engineering progress and activities during execution phase
- Control and ensure Fire, Life & Safety RHG standards compliance in all projects
- Review and evaluate all trades and systems related to MEP and ensure compliance with RHG standards
- Develop and review deviations and non compliant elements in the design of systems as per RHG list
- Develop and foster good professional working relationships with Owning Companies, hotel developers, contractors, and their design teams
- Actively facilitate to promote Radisson Hotel brand concepts for brand consistency
- Support the Area Dir. of Engineering and Design Scope & Think Planet as per RHG Objectives
- Assist in developing brand standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of experience in MEP project management
- At least 5 years managing large scale projects within the GCC region
- Proven experience in commercial, hospitality, mixed use, residential projects
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and lifecycle project management
- Familiarity with GCC building regulations, local authority approval processes, and industry standards
- Proficiency in drawing software tools such as AUTOCAD, 2D, 3D
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
- Fluent in English, both written and oral

Job Description
- The Engineering Project Manager will be responsible for providing Technical Support for the Radisson Hotel Group developments primarily throughout Middle East and Africa.
- Project types include leads & pipeline projects (new build, equity, conversions projects) and existing hotel projects (Retrofit & Engineering projects) across all Radisson Hotel brands.
Key Objectives
- Maximize compliance to the Engineering Technical Brand Standards, to ensure that hotel meets the market and guest expectations.
- Monitor, advice & coordinate of the Engineering Technical Design Guidelines correct implementation.
- Monitor and report project related engineering progress and activities during execution phase.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
