Location and Work Arrangement
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate must travel, relocate, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.
About the Role
Lead ELV and ICT projects from initiation and planning through execution, testing, commissioning, handover, and closeout.
Own overall project delivery, client and consultant management, planning, commercial follow-up, risk management, and subcontractor performance.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Own assigned ELV and ICT projects from mobilization to final handover and closeout.
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and key stakeholders.
- Lead progress and coordination meetings.
- Monitor schedules, manpower plans, procurement schedules, and execution plans.
- Monitor budgets, costs, commitments, invoicing, and commercial performance.
- Manage risks, delays, variations, and commercial impacts.
- Support Variation Orders, claims, and Extension of Time requirements.
- Manage subcontractor and supplier performance.
- Oversee engineering, procurement, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Ensure contractual, HSE, and QA/QC compliance.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant ELV or ICT project management experience.
- Strong client- and consultant-facing experience.
- Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, procurement, BOQ, and commercial processes.
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with MS Project and/or Primavera P6 is preferred.
- Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- Willingness and ability to travel, relocate, and work across Saudi Arabia is required.
Preferred Certifications
- PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is preferred.
- PRINCE2 and relevant ELV/ICT or HSE certifications are advantageous.
