Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Manage security systems such as firewalls, WAF, SIEM, antivirus, EDR, and proxy platforms.
• Monitor, classify, prioritize, investigate, document, and report security incidents.
• Follow incident response procedures and escalate incidents according to severity.
• Resolve cybersecurity-related service requests and track cyberattacks.
• Create or update use cases for new systems and applications.
• Analyze events reported by the national cybersecurity authority.
• Monitor compliance with approved technical security standards.
• Coordinate with other departments during investigations.
• Prepare monthly reports covering major incidents handled.
• Maintain and operate current versions of available cybersecurity systems.
• Investigate related events collected from firewalls, network devices, proxies, IDS/IPS, antivirus systems, databases, servers, and endpoints.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality is stated as a mandatory source condition.
• A bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is required.
• 2–5 years of cybersecurity systems operations or SOC experience is required.
• F5 BIG-IP management experience, an F5 certification, or demonstrated practical F5 experience is required.
• CISSP or CASP+ together with CCNA is required.
• Practical experience with firewall, SIEM, WAF, EDR, IDS/IPS, proxy, or endpoint security solutions is required.
• Knowledge of incident response and security threat analysis is required.
• Strong analytical, reporting, documentation, and teamwork skills are required.
