Role Overview
The employer is seeking an Associate Project Manager – ELV / ICT to manage and coordinate defined project workstreams, packages, or ELV/ICT systems.
The role supports the Project Manager in overall project delivery and may require travel, relocation, and work across different regions of Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned ELV/ICT workstreams, packages, or systems under the Project Manager's direction.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Monitor project schedules, progress, procurement, deliveries, manpower, and site requirements.
- Participate in client and consultant meetings and lead specific coordination meetings when required.
- Coordinate shop drawings, material submittals, technical documentation, approvals, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Monitor subcontractor performance and outstanding activities.
- Prepare progress reports, look-ahead schedules, meeting minutes, and action trackers.
- Identify project issues, escalate critical risks, and support variations, commercial documentation, and project closeout.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Electronics, Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in ELV/ICT projects.
- Good understanding of project planning, execution, procurement, testing, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Familiarity with BOQs, technical documentation, and project schedules.
- Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel, relocate, and work across Saudi Arabia based on project requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of MS Project or Primavera P6 is an advantage.
- Project workstream or technical-scope coordination experience is preferred.
- Previous project experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
- PMP, CAPM, equivalent project management, ELV/ICT technical, or HSE certification is advantageous.
Employment and Experience
- The position is full-time.
- The stated experience range is 2–4 years.
Location and Mobility
- The role is based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- Projects are delivered across different locations, requiring travel and possible relocation within Saudi Arabia.
