- Lead day to day management of assigned projects across all phases of delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes, milestones, and critical paths.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress against approved timelines and drive recovery actions.
- Ensure smooth transitions between design, procurement, construction, and operational handover.
- Support coordination and review of design deliverables throughout all project stages.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure against approved cost plans.
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, meeting minutes, and status updates for leadership.
- Maintain project documentation, trackers, registers, and filing systems.
Requirements
- Previous experience in project management within hospitality, construction, design, real estate, or related sectors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Experience monitoring programmes, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Confident communicator with ability to influence and build strong working relationships.
- Comfortable operating in a lean environment and taking a hands on approach.
- Proactive, solutions oriented, and calm under pressure.
- Experience within hotel developments or hospitality projects is highly desirable.

Overview
- As the Project Manager, you will lead the planning, coordination, and execution of Earth Hotels' development projects from concept through delivery.
- This is a hands on role for someone who can balance strategic oversight with day to day coordination.
What on Earth Will You Do?
- Lead the day to day management of assigned projects across all phases of delivery.
- Develop, maintain, and monitor project programmes, milestones, and critical paths.
- Coordinate internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution.
- Identify project risks, constraints, and dependencies, implementing mitigation plans where required.
- Monitor progress against approved timelines and proactively drive recovery actions when necessary.
- Ensure projects transition smoothly between design, procurement, construction, and operational handover phases.
- Support the coordination and review of design deliverables throughout all project stages.
- Facilitate design workshops, meetings, and stakeholder reviews to support decision making.
- Monitor design development to ensure alignment with approved briefs, budgets, and operational requirements.
- Track design approvals and ensure timely resolution of outstanding issues.
- Support quality assurance throughout construction and fit out activities.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditure against approved cost plans.
