- Lead day to day operations of Earth Jumeirah Beach including Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Security, Finance, and HR
- Manage pre opening, launch, and stabilization of the property
- Develop and implement brand standards, SOPs, and service philosophy
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high performing leadership team
- Drive guest satisfaction and brand advocacy
- Ensure compliance with statutory, licensing, and regulatory requirements
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance
- Coordinate with project teams and authorities for operational approvals
- Establish training programs and operational rituals
- Support future Earth Hotels pre openings and strategic growth

- Proven experience in hotel general management and brand operations
- Experience leading pre opening and launch of hospitality properties
- Strong financial acumen with budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
- Excellent leadership and team development skills
- Knowledge of health, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Ability to travel to future properties as needed

Role Overview
- As General Manager & Brand Operations Lead, you will lead the pre opening, launch, and operation of Earth Jumeirah Beach while supporting the operational development of the Earth Hotels portfolio.
- This role combines hands on hotel leadership with brand operations, helping shape standards, guest experience, and opening frameworks for future properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Assume full responsibility for day to day leadership and performance of Earth Jumeirah Beach.
- Lead pre opening, launch, and stabilization across all departments.
- Oversee Rooms, F&B, Engineering, Security, Finance, and Citizen & Culture.
- Recruit, develop, and inspire a high performing leadership team.
- Deliver financial objectives through budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Drive guest satisfaction and brand advocacy.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, licensing, health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead Executive Committee meetings and foster accountability.
- Partner with Revenue, Sales & Marketing, and Finance teams.
- Develop brand standards, SOPs, and service philosophy.
- Develop operational playbooks and KPIs.
- Leverage operational data for commercial decisions.
