Project Manager

Job Purpose

• Lead financial planning and portfolio oversight for AI initiatives to ensure optimized resources, strong performance, and strategic alignment. Drive data-driven decision-making by translating technical concepts into business solutions and guiding teams in analytics and AI methods. Enable innovative pilots, stakeholder coordination, and intelligent platform development to support AI adoption. Strengthen organizational readiness by shaping AI strategy, facilitating reviews, and enhancing capability-building programs.
• Roles and Responsibilities

Strategy

• Lead financial planning for AI projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource
• allocation.
• Oversee project portfolio performance, utilization, and alignment with key performance
• indicators.
• Translate complex technical concepts into strategic business solutions.
• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and trends in data science, AI, and digital services.
• Identify innovative AI use cases and pilot projects with the Partnership, Research, and
• Innovation Officer.
• Translate business needs into actionable AI initiatives based on feasibility, impact, and
• strategic alignment.
• Develop the AI strategic plan and roadmap in alignment with organizational objectives.
• Evaluate AI-related feasibility and business cases and recommend high-impact initiatives.

Operations

• Use statistical methods and advanced analytics techniques to extract insights from large data
• sets.
• Collaborate with business units to convert insights into strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate with IT departments, strategy teams, and external vendors for data and AI
• solution deployment.
• Manage vendor and supplier selection, contracts, and performance reviews aligned with
• project needs.
• Prepare and submit periodic performance reports covering progress, risks, and budget
• utilization.
• Facilitate periodic performance reviews with technical and business stakeholders on AI
• projects.
• Manage and develop intelligent interactive platforms supporting business intelligence and
• decision-making.
• Visualize and report data through interactive dashboards using enterprise BI tools.
• Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Product And Process Improvement

• Mentor and guide team members in advanced data engineering, analytics, and AI
• methodologies.
• Lead initiatives to pilot innovative solutions and drive continuous process improvement.
• Raise organizational awareness of AI initiatives and support training and capacity-building
• efforts
