Job Summary

Core Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage daily on-site labor schedules, material distributions, and subcontractor coordination to ensure continuous progress across buildings and villas.
• Supervise day-to-day structural, MEP, and luxury fit-out installations, performing instant inspections against approved shop drawings.
• Cross-reference incoming structural and finishing materials against approved procurement samples to ensure exact matches in quality and quantity.
• Perform a comprehensive on-site review of all past and ongoing project deployments to audit structural progress, assess labor productivity benchmarks, and optimize live site execution schedules.
• Maintain strict safety protocols on site, ensuring all direct labor forces and subcontractors comply with UAE health and safety standards.
• Maintain meticulous site records, track material consumption, and compile daily or weekly progress reports directly for the Senior Project Engineer.

Required Skills And Qualifications

• 4 to 7 years of active site engineering experience in the UAE construction market, with direct experience supervising residential/commercial building projects (G+ developments) and villa construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related engineering field.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting complex architectural, structural, and MEP shop drawings.
• Interpersonal leadership skills to motivate, command respect from, and manage a diverse multicultural site workforce.
• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills to de-escalate disputes between subcontractors and site laborers.
• Exceptional adaptability to handle fast-shifting site conditions, delivery delays, and sudden plan changes without losing focus.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills to provide clear, accurate site data to the Senior Project Engineer.
• Valid UAE driving license for seamless movement across active project sites.
