Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced **Project Manager** to oversee the planning, design coordination, installation, and delivery of **kids playground projects**.
The ideal candidate will manage playground construction and fit-out projects, ensuring safety compliance, quality standards, timelines, and budgets are met from concept to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end playground projects (indoor & outdoor) from planning to completion
- Coordinate with designers, suppliers, manufacturers, and installation teams
- Ensure playground designs comply with international safety standards (EN, ASTM, or local regulations)
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and work plans
- Supervise site works, installation, and quality inspections
- Coordinate material procurement and logistics for playground equipment
- Manage subcontractors and ensure safe working practices on site
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when required
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or installation issues
- Ensure timely project handover, documentation, and client approval
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Project Management, or related field
- Proven experience in playground projects, fit-out, construction, or amusement equipment installation
- Strong knowledge of kids playground equipment, flooring, shade systems, and safety surfacing
- Familiarity with safety standards (EN 1176 / EN 1177 / ASTM F1487 preferred)
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- Valid driving license (A MUST)
Preferred Skills
- Experience in indoor soft play, outdoor playgrounds, water play, or theme park equipment
- Understanding of child safety, risk assessments, and inspections
- Vendor and supplier management experience
- UAE / GCC project experience is an advantage
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
