About the Role

Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully deliver projects within the defined scope, timeline, and budget
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocation plans, and track project milestones to ensure successful delivery
- Monitor project progress, resolve roadblocks, and ensure projects meet quality standards and business objectives
- Lead cross functional teams and foster collaboration throughout the project lifecycle
- Apply Agile methodologies and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Track project performance using Agile metrics and promote continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define project objectives, and translate them into actionable project plans
- Provide regular project status updates, manage stakeholder expectations, and ensure effective communication between business and technical teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project schedules
- Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies
- Manage project changes by evaluating their impact on scope, timelines, resources, and budgets
- Ensure compliance with project governance standards, Agile best practices, and organisational processes throughout the project lifecycle
Requirements
- 3–4 years of proven experience in Project Management
- Hands on experience managing medium to large scale projects from initiation through successful delivery
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management best practices
- PMP Certification or completion of PMP Certification Training/Course is mandatory
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification is preferred
- Experience working as a Scrum Master is highly preferred
