IMEP Engineering and Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced and highly motivated **Project Manager** to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate must have strong experience in the UAE or GCC construction industry, especially in airport projects.
We are seeking a professional who is proactive, advanced-thinking and capable of managing projects independently without constant supervision from the owner.
The candidate should be able to make decisions that are beneficial for the company while ensuring excellent project results, quality and timely completion.
Requirements
- Minimum several years of experience as a Project Manager in the UAE or GCC
- Previous experience in **airport projects is mandatory**
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and manage project operations effectively
- Excellent communication and coordination skills with clients, consultants, subcontractors and team members
- Strong knowledge of site procedures, safety regulations and project management processes
- Ability to handle project planning, execution, monitoring and completion
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving the best project outcomes
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all project activities from start to completion
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and according to quality standards
- Coordinate with project teams, suppliers, subcontractors and clients
- Monitor site operations and ensure compliance with company standards and site regulations
- Prepare reports, schedules and project updates
- Make strategic decisions to improve project performance and company results

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of UAE/GCC construction regulations and standards
- Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
