- Develop, implement and maintain HSE plans, policies and procedures for construction projects
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure appropriate control measures
- Ensure compliance with UAE HSE regulations and client requirements
- Lead and coordinate safety audits, inspections and site safety meetings
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and implement corrective actions
- Manage and supervise the HSE team, providing guidance and training
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities including DAA
- Prepare HSE reports, maintain safety records and monitor HSE performance indicators
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety or related field
- NEBOSH Certification (IGC/Construction Certificate or equivalent)
- Minimum 8 years of HSE experience in UAE construction industry with large scale projects
- Strong knowledge of Dubai Aviation Authority (DAA) safety requirements
- Thorough understanding of UAE HSE legislation, ISO 45001 standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and incident investigation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HSE reporting/documentation

- Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, environmental regulations and client requirements.
- Lead and coordinate safety audits, inspections and site safety meetings to promote a safe working environment.
- Investigate incidents, accidents and near misses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Manage and supervise the HSE team, providing guidance, training and performance monitoring.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and regulatory authorities, including compliance with Dubai Aviation Authority (DAA) requirements where applicable.
- Prepare HSE reports, maintain safety records and monitor key HSE performance indicators.
Requirements
