About the Role
IMEP Engineering and Contracting is seeking a QA/QC Engineer with at least 3 years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE. The role involves preparing ITPs, conducting site inspections, managing NCRs, and coordinating with consultants and clients.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and implement Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements in accordance with project requirements
- Conduct site inspections to ensure construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
- Monitor and ensure compliance with project specifications, applicable codes, and regulatory requirements
- Manage Non Conformance Reports (NCRs), identify root causes, and oversee corrective and preventive actions
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and project teams to resolve quality related issues and obtain approvals
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle
- Support internal and external quality audits and promote continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related discipline
- Minimum 3 years of construction experience, preferably in the UAE
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems and quality assurance/control procedures
- Strong understanding of construction quality standards, inspection processes, and documentation
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality documentation practices
