- Coordinate day to day project activities, ensuring tasks are delivered on time and within budget
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and contractors to maintain clear communication and progress tracking
- Assist in preparing project budgets, schedules, reports, and presentations
- Support tendering, contractor evaluation, and procurement processes
- Track and report on project milestones and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, health & safety standards, and sustainability objectives
- Lead project meetings and address concerns or challenges
- Mentor and support junior project team members
- Collaborate with internal service lines to ensure seamless project execution
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
- 5 8 years of project management experience in real estate, construction, or consultancy
- Proven ability to manage commercial, fit out, or mixed use projects independently
- Strong technical knowledge of design coordination, cost control, and construction methodologies
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and reporting skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred

About the Role
- The Project Manager will lead medium to large scale construction and fit out projects, ensuring successful delivery in alignment with Cushman & Wakefield Core’s quality, safety, and client standards.
Responsibilities
