Responsibilities
- Technical and operational responsibility for all awarded work orders
- Full financial and technical accountability for all assigned work orders
- Represent the company in meetings with clients, authorities, and other stakeholders
- Manage and coordinate the team of Works Managers assigned to each work order
- Ensure full compliance with HSE, Welfare, and Quality policies and procedures
- Monitor and control the technical and financial progress of all work orders
- Propose and plan the resources required for the execution of the work orders
- Participate in and support the tendering and bidding process
- Act as the main point of contact with the client for daily follow up of site activities and execution progress
- Ensure permit processing and compliance with approved timelines
- Guide and support Works Managers in planning, coordination, and execution of project works
- Lead negotiations with subcontractors and suppliers
Requirements
- BSc in Engineering – preferably Civil
- PMP certification (preferred)
- Minimum of 8 years of experience
- Experience in projects with minimum value of 150M QAR as Project Manager
- Knowledge of Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and local legal specifications
- Professional fluency in English

Job Overview
- We are currently looking for an experienced Project Manager to join us in an international company.

- Languages: English professional fluency.
