- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Build detailed cost estimates, monitor expenditures, and manage the overall project budget to prevent cost overruns
- Tracks project progress, manages dependencies, and adjusts schedules to keep project timelines on track.
- Identify potential project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies to minimize impact on deliverables.
- Lead cross-functional teams by facilitating collaboration and ensuring accountability for project tasks and milestones.
- Supervise day-to-day on-site civil works such as earthworks, foundations, utilities, and structural operations
- Perform quality inspections and ensure strict adherence to local building codes, national safety protocols, and environmental standards.
