- Develop and implement comprehensive HSE management systems tailored to project specific needs
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards
- Lead safety training sessions and workshops for all project personnel
- Oversee subcontractor HSE prequalification, selection, onboarding, performance monitoring and audits
- Advise GCC/Subcontractor staff and management on HSE requirements
- Monitor and report Project HSE performance including leading and lagging indicators
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning

- Expert working knowledge in oil and gas construction including process areas
- Experience in developing and implementing HSE management systems
- Experience conducting site inspections and audits

- Lead safety training sessions and workshops for all project personnel, fostering a culture of safety awareness
- Oversee subcontractor HSE prequalification, selection, onboarding requirements, performance monitoring and audits
- Advise GCC/Subcontractor staff and management on ways to fulfill HSE requirements in Contract HSE Procedures
- Monitor and report Project HSE performance including leading (proactive) and lagging indicators
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to integrate HSE considerations into project planning and execution
