- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
- Participate in project meetings and provide insights on scheduling challenges
- Collect daily/weekly progress data, analyze deviations, and prepare recovery schedules
Requirements
- 2 5 years of experience in planning engineering
- Experience with advanced scheduling software (Primavera P6)
- Ability to develop Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
- Knowledge of project management and resource allocation

Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and maintaining project schedules using advanced scheduling software to ensure timely project delivery.
- Assist in preparation of construction schedule for the tendering purpose. Develop the Work Breakdown Structure (WBS).
- Assist in preparation of master project construction program in Primavera P6, Baseline Schedule and get approval from clients/consultants for new jobs.
- Collaborate with project managers and engineering teams to gather and analyze data for resource allocation and optimization.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports to communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
- Participate in project meetings, providing insights on scheduling challenges and potential solutions to keep projects on track.
- Collect daily/weekly progress data from site teams. Analyze deviations from baseline and determine reasons for delays. Prepare the recovery schedules.
