- Oversee all phases of construction projects from initial planning to final execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Oversee on site construction activities, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, blueprints, and safety standards
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and safety regulations
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and compliance with safety and quality standards, addressing any issues proactively
- Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and making adjustments as necessary to avoid cost overruns
- Meet regularly with clients, third parties and other managers to report on progress
- Regularly review timings, budget, labour, risk and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Requirements
- 14 18 years of experience in construction management
- Experience overseeing all phases of construction projects
