- 5–7 years of experience in project management, with at least 3 years in the F&B or hospitality industry
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards (HACCP, ISO 22000)
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Trello, Asana)

Position Overview
- The Project Manager will oversee planning, execution, and delivery of projects within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
- This role ensures operational excellence, compliance with industry standards, and successful implementation of initiatives such as new outlet openings, menu development, kitchen upgrades, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and manage project plans for F&B initiatives including restaurant openings, renovations, and operational enhancements.
- Cross Functional Coordination: Collaborate with chefs, operations, procurement, HR, and marketing teams to align project goals.
- Budget & Resource Management: Control project budgets, monitor expenditures, and optimize resource allocation.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure projects meet HACCP, food safety, and hospitality standards.
- Vendor & Supplier Management: Liaise with contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks in F&B operations and implement mitigation strategies.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on project status, timelines, and KPIs.

Qualifications
