Position Overview

  • The Project Coordinator supports restaurant operations and projects by managing schedules, documentation, and communication across departments. This role ensures smooth execution of initiatives such as new outlet openings, menu launches, staff training programs, and compliance projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate restaurant projects (renovations, new branch openings, seasonal promotions)
  • Track timelines, deliverables, and ensure tasks are completed on schedule
  • Prepare project reports, budgets, and compliance documentation
  • Maintain accurate records of vendor contracts, licenses, and operational checklists
  • Liaise between restaurant management, kitchen staff, suppliers, and external contractors
  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and circulate minutes
  • Assist in procurement planning and vendor coordination
  • Monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery of supplies for projects
  • Ensure projects align with food safety, health regulations, and brand standards
  • Support audits and inspections by preparing required documentation

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • 2–4 years in project coordination, preferably within F&B or hospitality
  • Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana), and restaurant POS systems
  • Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory for mobility between outlets, suppliers, and project sites
