About the Role
Halliburton seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead real estate and infrastructure projects across the Middle East and North Africa, with a focus on coastal engineering and offshore construction.

Responsibilities
- Manage projects located mostly across the Middle East and North Africa, requiring travel
- Determine project definition and requirements in consultation with Real Estate Services and business unit management
- Initiate value engineering and design optimizations
- Prepare and seek management approvals of project plan including work specification, schedule, and budget
- Monitor and manage project schedule and budget, making mid course corrections as needed
- Evaluate design and construction methods and select best standard methods
- Manage project compliance with building codes, laws, regulations, and company HSE policy
- Manage consultants and contractors for project execution
Requirements
- Degree in Project or Construction Management
- Minimum 10 years of experience working for a project management consultancy company or construction company
- Experience in delivering Liquid Mud Plants or similar plant type projects
- Competent in MS Projects and SAP
- Knowledge of Autocad beneficial
- Self motivated, results driven and able to work independently
- Willing and able to work under high pressure environment with short turn around times managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Registered with PMI or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Under broad direction, plans and manages assigned real estate and infrastructure projects with focus on coastal engineering and offshore island/causeway construction, including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company facilities.
Responsibilities
- Manage projects located mostly across the Middle East and North Africa; travel required.
- Reports to Regional Design & Construction Manager.
- Determines project definition and requirements including location, desired results, completion date, cost parameters, funding sources, and regulatory considerations.
- Initiates value engineering and design optimizations.
- Prepares and seeks management approvals of project plan including work specification, schedule, and budget.
- Plans and manages project execution; monitors and manages schedule and budget; makes mid course corrections.
- Advises management and internal customers of schedule status; seeks approval of schedule changes.
- Evaluates design and construction methods; selects best standard methods.
- Manages project compliance with building codes, laws, regulations, and company HSE policy.
- Manages consultants and contractors for project execution.
Requirements
- Degree in Project or Construction Management essential.
- Registered with PMI or equivalent preferred.
- Degrees in Architecture, Quantity Surveying and Engineering considered with practical project management experience.
- Minimum 10 years of experience working for a project management consultancy company or construction company.
- Experience in delivering Liquid Mud Plants or similar plant type projects highly beneficial.
- Self motivated, results driven and able to work independently.
- Willing and able to work under high pressure environment with short turn around times managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Competent in MS Projects and SAP; knowledge of Autocad beneficial.
- Submit project profiles for the last three projects completed.
