The role of a Project Manager/Construction Manager is an exciting and dynamic position that requires an individual to orchestrate the successful completion of construction projects from conception to execution.
This position involves overseeing the planning, design, and construction phases of a project, ensuring all procedures are adhered to, timelines are met, and the project is completed within budget.
The Project Manager/Construction Manager collaborates with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to deliver high-quality projects.
This role demands excellent organizational and leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage unforeseen risks and challenges.
Strong communication skills are crucial as the manager will need to clearly articulate project goals, progress, and changes to stakeholders and team members.

Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive project plans encapsulating end-to-end construction phases comprehensively.
- Ensure all construction activities align with legal regulations and standards rigorously.

- Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors efficiently and responsibly.

- Foster a strong safety culture, ensuring all safety protocols are strictly followed onsite.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of five years of proven experience in construction project management required.
- Proficiency in project management software tools and construction technologies needed.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide project teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the capability to handle unforeseen project challenges effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for articulation of project specifics to diverse stakeholders.
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction methods, legal regulations, and quality standards.
