- Plan, execute, and oversee fit out and construction projects from concept to handover
- Manage the construction of restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, and commercial spaces while ensuring compliance with project specifications and quality standards
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and resource plans, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance with local regulations
- Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contractor submissions
- Manage project procurement activities and monitor material delivery schedules
- Oversee contractor performance and ensure adherence to contractual obligations
- Prepare project progress reports and provide regular updates to senior management
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards throughout all project phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a related field
- 7–12 years of experience in construction project management
- Proven experience managing fit out projects for restaurants, cafés, retail outlets, hospitality, or commercial developments
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, fit out works, project planning, budgeting, and contract administration
- Experience coordinating MEP, interior fit out, and finishing works
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong problem solving and decision making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, AutoCAD, and Microsoft Office
- Experience in the GCC, particularly Saudi Arabia, is highly preferred
- PMP certification is an advantage

About The Role
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the successful execution of fit out, F&B, retail, and commercial construction projects.
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing end to end project delivery, ensuring quality, budget control, and timely completion while coordinating with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast paced environment.
