Role Overview
Expand the company’s presence in the Emirati private market across Dubai.
Focus on securing small to medium-scale projects, villa developments, and real estate development opportunities.
Generate new leads, develop strategic partnerships, and support company growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure opportunities in villa, small-to-medium project, and real estate development segments.
- Build relationships with Emirati private clients, landowners, and developers.
- Represent the company in meetings, site visits, and industry events.
- Prepare customized proposals and presentations with management and marketing teams.
- Monitor market trends and client needs to support business strategy.
- Contribute to sales and development targets for the project management division.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of business development experience.
- Experience in engineering consultancies, interior design firms, or construction companies is preferred.
- Strong local network among Emirati private clients and real estate developers.
- Excellent networking and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai market and local business culture.
- Fluent Arabic and proficient spoken and written English.
Work Arrangement
- Job type is full-time.
