- Manage end to end marble projects including cutting, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final handover
- Utilize ERP system (Odoo) to manage project data, track materials, monitor progress, and generate reports
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope and objectives
- Coordinate with design, production, procurement, and site teams to ensure smooth workflow
- Review project drawings, specifications, and BOQs
- Plan project schedules, timelines, and resource allocation
- Monitor factory production progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Oversee procurement of materials and labor
- Supervise site installation activities, conduct inspections, and resolve technical issues
- Ensure quality control standards for marble finishing and installation
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Track project costs and control budget to avoid overruns
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in marble, stone, or construction industry
- Strong knowledge of marble types, cutting, polishing, and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- UAE experience (Mandatory)

Job Summary
- The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing marble production and installation projects from start to completion.
- This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end to end marble projects including cutting, fabrication, delivery, installation, and final project handover.
- Utilize ERP system (Odoo) to manage project data, track materials, monitor progress, and generate reports.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and ensure smooth workflow.
