Job Summary
Lead coordination, management, and delivery of digital design production for complex airport infrastructure projects.
Oversee CADD designers and technicians while establishing production standards and coordinating multidisciplinary models.
Combine advanced CADD expertise with leadership, team development, and project management responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Lead CADD designers, BIM specialists, and drafting technicians supporting aviation infrastructure projects.
- Develop production plans, staffing strategies, and resource allocations for concurrent assignments.
- Oversee design drawings, construction documents, and digital models through all project phases.
- Establish CADD, BIM, and digital design standards across project teams.
- Coordinate architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, utilities, and airside design production.
- Manage model coordination, drawing integration, clash resolution, and document control.
- Monitor schedules, deliverables, quality, and production milestones with project and design managers.
- Improve workflows through automation, standardization, and digital innovation.
- Mentor junior designers and technicians and collaborate on new software and design technologies.
