Job Summary
TYLin is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Aviation (Terminal Design), to lead complex airport terminal projects for major aviation programs.
The role manages design and delivery from concept development through construction support.
The position requires expertise in airport terminal planning, architectural coordination, aviation operations, and active airport environments.
Responsibilities
- Lead major airport terminal design projects, including new construction, renovations, expansions, and modernization programs.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and interface with airport owners, airlines, tenants, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate programming, concept design, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, staffing plans, delivery strategies, risks, and mitigation actions.
