Project Manager, Airside

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in airfield planning, architecture, engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience delivering complex airside or airfield design projects.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design teams on complex aviation projects.
• Strong understanding of airfield planning, architectural design, operational requirements, and airfield layouts.
• Ability to manage project scope, schedule, budget, quality, and client expectations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience coordinating with airport authorities, airlines, tenants, contractors, and regulatory agencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered Architect or Professional Engineer license is preferred.
• Experience delivering projects for the Port Authority of New York & New Jersey is preferred.
• Experience with large hub airport redevelopment programs valued in the hundreds of millions or billions of dollars is preferred.
• Experience with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CMAR, or Public-Private Partnership delivery models is preferred.
• PMP certification is considered an asset.

Ideal Candidate

Compensation

• The annual base compensation range is $153,600 to $210,600, subject to position and local market considerations.
