Role Overview
COZMALABS is seeking an experienced IT Software Project Manager to lead software projects from initiation through completion.
The role is responsible for timely, budget-compliant delivery aligned with business and technical requirements.
The position requires strong stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead all phases of the software development lifecycle from initiation to successful delivery.
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, deliverables, and resource requirements.
- Manage cross-functional software, QA, business analysis, and stakeholder teams.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, milestones, risks, budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Ensure deliverables meet organizational standards, quality expectations, and business objectives.
- Prepare project status reports, metrics, and leadership updates.
- Promote project management best practices and continuous process improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience managing IT or software development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
- Proven experience delivering software projects in a structured, fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent are advantageous.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience with project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
- Proficiency with Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar project management platforms.
