Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to bridge business objectives with technology solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements.

The successful candidate will work closely with stakeholders and technical teams to ensure business needs are translated into effective system solutions that support organizational goals.

• Gather, assess, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Engage with stakeholders through meetings, interviews, and workshops to understand business needs and objectives.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications for technical teams.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and other project team members to support solution design and implementation.
• Ensure proposed solutions address business requirements and align with organizational strategies.
• Support projects throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring requirements are clearly understood and implemented.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by validating that delivered solutions meet business expectations.
• Evaluate existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, and workflow diagrams.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of professional experience in a Business Analyst position.
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks, methodologies, and documentation techniques.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or other software development methodologies.
• Professional certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile certifications are considered an asset.
• Fluency in Arabic is required.
