About the Role
Group AMANA seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead industrial construction projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves managing budgets, schedules, resources, and stakeholder relationships while ensuring compliance and project handover.

Responsibilities
- Develop and approve the project budget
- Achieve the quarterly planned revenue
- Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Plan, execute, and finalize projects within budget and schedule
- Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables
- Develop and approve project plans and schedules
- Manage project resources, including personnel and equipment
- Monitor and report on project progress to stakeholders
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements
- Ensure obtaining the Project TOC and Final Statement of Account
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience
- PMP, LEED GA, and IOSH certificates
- Strong problem solving skills with a proactive approach
- Ability to lead multicultural teams across multiple projects
